I finished my undergraduate degree in mathematics at Edinburgh University in 2017 which was a great place for learning to write up math assignments in a hurry. Thanks to a few people I met there, I developed an interest in neuroscience and got the chance to work on bioinformatics projects involving C. Elegans. This experience led me to OpenWorm, a very interesting project which I would recommend to anybody with an interest in neuroscience. Since then, I have always tried to figure things out by thoroughly analysing the simplest systems I can't understand. In 2017-2018 I consulted for a few Artificial Intelligence companies on projects that concerned unsupervised planning, unsupervised reinforcement learning, and automated image annotation. I am now in Prague where I started a masters degree in applied mathematics in October 2018.
